On July 20, 2018, at ROH’s Honor for All event, Nick Aldis defeated Gordon by submission to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Cody Rhodes helped Gordon to his feet and teased booking him for the All In event before Bully Ray assaulted Gordon with a low blow.[9] On September 1, 2018, Gordon won the All In Over the Budget Battle Royal for the chance to challenge Jay Lethal for the ROH World Championship the same night, which he did unsuccessfully.[10] In the Sea At Honor Tournament, Gordon defeated Jay Briscoe in the finals to win the tournament giving him a future ROH World Championship shot. At 2019’s ROH Honor Reigns Supreme, Gordon was in a match against Tracy Williams; early in the match Gordon injured his knee bringing the match to a premature end.
In June 2019, at Best in the World, Gordon was revealed as the fourth member of Villain Enterprises by leader Marty Scurll after Villain Enterprises retained their ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship against Lifeblood. Gordon, alongside Scurll and fellow members Brody King and PCO, would attack Lifeblood, turning Gordon heel. It was announced in May 2020, that Gordon has signed a brand new multi-year deal with Ring of Honor.

On November 8, Gordon and El Hijo del Villano III defeated Difunto, Dragon Rojo Jr., Guerrero Maya Jr. and Neón in a torneo cibernetico for the opportunity to face each other for the vacant NWA World Historic Middleweight Championship.[21] The following week, on November 15, Gordon defeated El Hijo del Villano III to win the title.[22] He made his first successful title defense on December 13 against Romero.[23] Gordon, Atlantis and Titán defeated Ángel de Oro, Niebla Roja and Stuka Jr. at Sin Salida on January 1, 2025.[24] On April 4, Gordon defeated Guerrero Maya Jr. and Templario to qualify for the CMLL Universal Championship tournament at the Arena México 69th Anniversary Show on April 25, where he lost to Ángel de Oro in his semi-final match.[25][26] During a match on August 1, Gordon suffered a ruptured patella tendon in his right knee and left the ring on a stretcher. Shortly after, he underwent successful surgery and would be out of action for an unknown amount of time.[27][28] He returned from injury on January 23, 2026, teaming with Templario and Titán to defeat Cavernario, Soberano Jr. and Yutani.[29][30] On February 3, Gordon won the Reyes del Aire tournament by last eliminating Yutani.[31][32]
