Grumes (German: Grumeis) is a frazione of the comune of Altavalle in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Trento.

Grumes is a member of Cittaslow.^[1]
