Hyperoglyphe is a genus of medusafishes native to the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

- Hyperoglyphe perciformis (Mitchill, 1818) (Barrelfish)
- Hyperoglyphe pringlei (J. L. B. Smith, 1949) (Black butterfish)
