Can someone who has the WP:TPE right please change the historical and current HTML HEX color codes for the Jacksonville Jaguars & Tennessee Titans ASAP?

 Jacksonville Jaguars – primary set
 Jacksonville Jaguars – secondary set

<div style=”Lua error in Module:Gridiron_color/sandbox at line 27: bad argument #1 to ‘pairs’ (table expected, got string).; margin-bottom:3px;”> Jacksonville Jaguars 1995thru2012 – primary set <div style=”Lua error in Module:Gridiron_color/sandbox at line 27: bad argument #1 to ‘pairs’ (table expected, got string).;”> Jacksonville Jaguars 1995thru2012 – secondary set

 Tennessee Titans – primary set
 Tennessee Titans – secondary set

My edit diff is found here. Other URL sources for these proposed changes are found at Evolution of EVERY Team’s Logo and Helmet | NFL Explained! (Jaguars’ logo history, via the NFL Throwback YouTube channel), Evolution of EVERY Team’s Logo and Helmet | NFL Explained! (Titans’ logo history, via the NFL Throwback YouTube channel), the Jaguars’ history page at Operations.NFL.com & the Titans’ history page at Operations.NFL.com. Basically, I’m asking for the HTML hex color codes for the Jaguars & Titans to be based off their team logo histories & not their uniform design histories. The team’s colors should be based off a combination of its logo and uniform history. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 03:33, 7 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

New York Yanks/Yankees colors

Where do the colors for the New York Yanks and New York Yankees (AAFC) even come from? They don’t match the colors listed in the infoboxes. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 14:38, 17 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea where those colors come from. I’m going to do a little research & see what they were. Glad you pointed out the discrepancy. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 21:33, 29 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Also, FYI, I changed the historical HTML color codes for those teams over at Module:Gridiron color/data. Hope that helps. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 17:18, 30 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]

My sources for these proposed changes are found at the Titans’ news release announcing the switch to Titans blue as its home jersey color in 2025, the NFL.com news release announcing the club’s switch to Titans blue in 2025, the team’s 2026 news release announcing its new logo & uniform design & the NFL.com SVG logo. The team’s historical colors should be based off a combination of its logo and uniform history. Also, the dark blue fonts contrasts with light blue significantly. Birmingham Stallions and Houston Gamblers colors are not showing up and are shown as white, gray, and black. Can anyone solve the problem where the team colors can show up when viewing the page ?

I think another editor who has the template editor right (I currently don’t possess it, but am trying to re-acquire it) will need to update the color code formatting for all of these teams over at Module:Gridiron color/data. Hopefully someone who is a USFL or UFL fan will do this. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 06:26, 17 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Done. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 12:02, 17 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
@WikiOriginal-9: OK, but would you also please update the wiki-code formatting for the colors for the Memphis Showboats, Michigan Panthers, New Jersey Generals, New Orleans Breakers, Philadelphia Stars & Pittsburgh Maulers over at Module:Gridiron color/data? Those teams still show the white, gray & black colors & need to be fixed ASAP, IMO. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 02:57, 18 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]

@Eagles247 Do you have any objections to the Denver Broncos‘ primary color at Module:Gridiron color/data being  orange ? I mean, last time I checked,  white  text on an  orange  background isn’t WP:CONTRAST-compliant, per WebAIM.org. The  orange  background would need to use  navy  text in order to be WP:CONTRAST-compliant. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 02:21, 21 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
@CharlesEditor23: I think you have it backwards. The text should be white, not navy. The navy text at Denver Broncos and Jarrett Stidham are making my eyes bleed. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 17:57, 25 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
I changed it back. Please try again. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 18:00, 25 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for changing it back. Yes, I’m aware that the Denver Broncos (my favorite NFL team)’s primary team home jersey color is  orange  (and has been since the 2012 season), but it’s worth noting that  navy  has always been the primary team branding color since the team’s rebrand to its current logo prior to the 1997 season. Not only that, but navy has a higher WP:CONTRAST as a background color for  white  text, per WebAIM.org. CharlesEditor23 (talk) 03:02, 26 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Add Oklahoma Outlaws and Oklahoma / Arizona Outlaws: The original USFL franchise colors only work with Arizona Outlaws. The team was also the Oklahoma Outlaws but that is gray and black

  • Add [“Oklahoma / Arizona Outlaws”] = “Arizona Outlaws”,
  • Add [“Oklahoma Outlaws”] = “Arizona Outlaws”,

Could an editor who has the WP:TPE please change and update every team’s HTML color codes, both modern and historical to include alt tertiary color?

Every team has an alt tertiary color to prevent clashes in cases the primary, secondary, and tertiary color clash.
