Motešice (Hungarian: Motesic) is a village and municipality in Trenčín District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1208.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 291 metres (955 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 17.39 km² (6.71 sq mi) (2025).^[4]

It has a population of 781 people (31 December 2025).^[6]
