Outreau (French pronunciation: [utʁo] ⓘ; West Flemish: Wabingen) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France[3] west of Boulogne. The river Liane forms the eastern border of the commune with Boulogne.

Outreau was the site of the Outreau trials of 2001–2004.
