Sailly-Labourse (French pronunciation: [saji labuʁs]) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France[3] about 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast of Béthune and 24 miles (39 km) southwest of Lille.
