Use the same as a give chicken template – {{subst:munch chicken}}. To use a different name to your user name, use {{subst:munch chicken|Name}}.
Your system-assigned gender (changeable at Preferences → User profile → Internationalisation) is automatically detected and substituted by the template. It used to have a separate |gender= parameter that required users to manually input their gender or be referred to using they/them pronouns.
