When used inside the {{Redirect category shell}} template:
When used by itself:
- From ATC code: This is a redirect from a title that is an ATC code to an article about a pharmaceutical drug or to a section of an ATC list.
Purpose
This is a redirect category (rcat) template that is added to redirects from a title that is an ATC code to an article about a pharmaceutical drug or to a section of an ATC list. The redirect titles have the form ATC code xxx…. In the category they are automatically sorted by the “xxx…” (without the “ATC code” prefix).
These redirects are maintained by PotatoBot’s Task 3.
Usage
Use this rcat template on mainspace redirects only.
- This rcat populates Category:Redirects from ATC codes and Category:Unprintworthy redirects by default. In 2003, efforts were begun to support the Wikimedia Foundation‘s goal of increasing access and availability of Wikipedia articles in printed versions. Redirects from ATC codes are not suitable for a printed version. In other words they are unprintworthy.
- Add this rcat to a redirect (not a talk-page redirect) in the following manner:
#REDIRECT [[(target article title)#(section or anchor if appropriate)]]
{{Rcat shell|
{{R from ATC code}}
{{R unprintworthy}}
}}
- Template {{Rcat shell}} is an alias for the Redirect category shell template, which may be used to add as many appropriate rcats as needed, usually from one to seven, along with their parameters, to a redirect. For more information see the documentation on its template page. This rcat may also tag a redirect individually:
#REDIRECT [[(target article title)#(section or anchor if appropriate)]]
{{R from ATC code}}
- This is in accord with instructions found at Wikipedia:REDCAT.
- Use this rcat on any redirect from a title that is an ATC code to an article about a pharmaceutical drug or to a section of an ATC list.
