I suppose I should add some stuff here given I’m actually becoming semi-active again…
Hiya, my name’s LivelyRatification, I’m a Wikipedia editor based in Melbourne, Victoria. I edit mainly in my fields of interest, which might include Australian politics, popular music, railways, and other miscellany.
If you’re here because you’re curious how to address me in a talk page discussion or whatever, my pronouns are she/her/hers. If you have anything else you’re curious about, the talk page is over to the right.
Articles I would like to improve:[a]
- Australian Conservatives
- Delatite Shire
- Fraser Anning’s Conservative National Party
- Hopper v Victoria
- Kelly Vincent
- Tracee Hutchison
- 2021 Western Australian state election
Articles I am currently working on:[b]
Here are some articles that I have created and that have a decent amount of content I’ve added (at least 2000 characters) on them:[c]
Pet habits:
- Archiving every link I add to an article, when feasible
- Overuse of the word ‘clarifying’
- Avoiding templating users, especially new ones
- Not being able to decide whether image captions should end with a full stop or not.
Pet dislikes:
- Marking edits as minor when they aren’t actually minor
- Policy-violating statements about [controversial topic] that have stuck around because no-one much likes [controversial topic]
- Unnecessary cruft that seems to have stuck around mainly because no-one could make the effort to get rid of them
