Learn what Wikipedians do and discover how to help. Has a list of maintenance tasks you can do.
- Don’t be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It’s normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don’t worry if you don’t understand everything at first—it’s fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue on the article’s talk page. Be civil, and don’t restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.
Happy editing! Cheers, paul2520 💬 14:00, 23 March 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I’m Waxworker. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Skrizzy, but you didn’t provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it’s important that article content be verifiable. If you’d like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hello, I’m Pipe058. I noticed that you recently removed content from Bulacan without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don’t worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. pipe058Talk * Contribs 18:35, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- Those are not official languages (languages spoken in the province even), that’s why they were removed. HarmoniousSyntax (talk) 18:35, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Ishan Morris, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. Waxworker (talk) 16:23, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at DJ Drama, you may be blocked from editing. SuperMarioMan (talk) 19:26, 11 April 2026 (UTC)
Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to change the title of a page by cutting its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Afro-Trinidadians and Tobagonians. This is known as a “cut-and-paste move“, and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the “Move” tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. —Gurkubondinn (talk) 06:13, 12 April 2026 (UTC)

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation’s privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Notes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing “blocking administrator” with the name of the blocking admin:
{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=Why am I blocked? What is the checkuser block about? Is there any way I can appeal it? |3 = ~~~~}}
If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
{{unblock reviewed |1=Why am I blocked? What is the checkuser block about? Is there any way I can appeal it? |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}
If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:
{{unblock reviewed |1=Why am I blocked? What is the checkuser block about? Is there any way I can appeal it? |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}

You have opened an appeal now. A checkuser block means that a checkuser has linked your account to others based on private technical evidence(that even normal admins like me cannot see). If you are not connected to other accounts, you will need to provide a plausible explanation as to why technical evidence would make it appear otherwise. 331dot (talk) 09:47, 17 April 2026 (UTC)
