Once again, you need to slow down. If you are going to nominate multiple templates to be merged, as you did with {{Infobox ethnic group}} this should be 1 discussion, not 3 separate threads. Again, I am a big fan of WP:INFOBOXCOL but your haphazard nominating of templates in the way that you did actually does more harm then good. People on the fence about consolidating Infoboxes use nominations like this as fuel against the entire project. I will also point out that for a number of your recent nominations, you have made the EXACT same nomination before and seen the same results. At this point I feel strongly that your rash of TFD nominations are disruptive and unhelpful. You are NOT doing your research (WP:BEFORE) as required before doing a nomination. Anyone is free to nominate anything for discussion at anytime, but your behavior is unhelpful and hinders the process, particularly when you en-masse nominated numerous templates in disjointed discussions.

If you do this again, I will file an WP:ANI and ask for a TBAN from the entire TFD process for you. I strongly encourage you to stop your nominations at TFD. As always you are free to participate in any discussion there you want, but I would advise against creating new nominations at this time as you have demonstrated you do not understand how the process works.
