Warcha (Urdu: وڑچهہ) is a village and one of the 51 Union Councils (administrative subdivisions) of Khushab District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. It is located at 32°24’46N 71°57’57E.[1] The area is home to Warcha salt mine, which has over 1 billion tonnes of salt reserves,[2] where industrial salt mining was launched in 1872.[3]
